This is another cutie I got to meet while in Washington… and they have patiently been waiting for this post!! We had a really short (but sweet) session, but we got some shots that I just love! He has just a calm and peaceful demeanor– I wonder if he is always like that!? :) Loved meeting him and getting to spend some time in the park with his parents! Such a beautiful family.

I took these pictures awhile back– and showed her Mommy them on facebook…. but then forgot to put them here!! I know many of my blog-viewers also subscribe to my facebook feed– but in case you missed them, I had to put them up here!!
You probably remember her beautiful Mommy from her maternity sessions, and Madi from her fabulous newborn pictures (she was the first baby in the teacup!)…. and now Miss Madi-cakes is 3 months old already– and could not be any cuter. Check out those blue eyes!!!

This little guy just turned THREE…. and is very proud of it!! He was SUCH a sweetheart the entire session. I could just eat him up. I hope Mommy enjoys these images as much as I do! I had a wonderful morning with you all!

I’m so proud to say that one of my photographs won the cover contest for Frisco Style Magazine! This little princess has the most beautiful lips I have ever seen on a newborn baby!! She was perfect in every way– especially how much she slept!! I think I used almost every prop I have because she did not put up one fuss at all!! Love that! Her parents were a little surprised too– and talked about possibly moving her crib outside at night since she seemed to like the heat so well! :) I enjoyed this session so much– and could not narrow down what to put on the blog…so be prepared– this might take forever to download!

I saw this cool table in their house and had to use it! Just loved the color… and then I added my favorite texture:
Their first baby, “Maisy” had to get in one shot with her new baby sister!
And this is how I felt when I left the session:
This little boy was around two weeks old when we had his newborn session which is getting close to the time when they don’t sleep quite as much or for as long (especially when being moved around every 5 minutes). However, this beautiful guy did not wake up ONE TIME in the two hours I was there. We think maybe it was due to the heat since we did most of the pictures outside… but whatever it was, he was a perfect angel— even with his two big sisters “loving” on him the whole time!
This entire family is gorgeous. I couldn’t limit it to a few favorites, so I’m showing you a bunch!
I will say that most photographers really feel the pressure to get a great shot with newborns because it is such a fleeting age– and to add two other young children to the mix is even more pressure… so I was SO happy to get home and see so many shots that I love (and hope Mommy & Daddy do too!)
ENJOY– and congrats on baby J! He is lucky to have such sweet big sisters to watch over him– just make sure nobody sits on him! :)
Well…. last night we were invited to have dinner with this awesome family (love it when clients become friends!) and I was ever-so-kindly reminded that I have not put up more pictures of Mr. Trip as promised…. so here they are! :) These brave souls had my 3-year old twins and some other friend’s 2 year old twins all over for dinner and drinks– and little Trip did not make one peep as the four “monsters” ran amuck around their house! I hope they have recovered! Thanks again!
