I can’t believe my babies were born three years ago today. I know it is cliche– but it feels like it was just yesterday. I remember almost every single thing that happened that day… and the days leading up to their delivery. We waited SO long for them…and then when they were born they were perfect. Even at 35 weeks… they were perfect. They went home with us two days later… and have amazed us over and over again ever since.
I love you Ryan & Ella… and I can’t wait to see what your bright futures hold.

Just a quick note… thanks for your patience. I’ll be back to working on everyone’s proofs on Monday after a weekend full of celebration! I can’t believe my twins are turning three tomorrow… Such an amazing three years it has been!

This little guy got to spend some time running around a park and a big field with me. His parents got some time to talk and hang out while we took lots of great photos. Here is a preview of this happy & handsome little man.

The first one is in a great field of yellow flowers we found…. His parents didn’t even know we took any there… so I know they are going to love the shots that came from them. Such a cutie!
He loved his doggie… but the little pooch didn’t love having his picture taken!
I was in love with his eyelashes. Such a sweet little face.
We got some really sweet shots of him with his Mommy (and Daddy too… you’ll have to wait for those!)

I had so much fun meeting all the new people I photographed last weekend– and also seeing all the people I’ve met before! Thanks for being so awesome to work with! Check back tomorrow and also check your emails for some galleries that I just sent out! Thank goodness for great nappers!
Before I go wrap some presents or decorate some cupcakes (ha!)… here are two I have to post of my dear friend, Kathryn, who is about to POP! Thank you to you and Brad for helping me out during the bluebonnet madness!!! These shots were taken at the end of a very long day… and right before sunset.

For the next shot… she didn’t move at all, I just moved to the other side of her and shot into the sunset. Such different kinds of pictures… but I love them both! Isn’t she STUNNING pregnant? We’re counting down the days until baby M makes her debut (if she comes on her scheduled c-section date, it will be on her Mama’s birthday)– and she was DUE on her Daddy’s birthday a week later. How sweet is that? Do you think you’ll see some shots of her on here? :)

I have been SUPER busy lately— so, if you are waiting for pictures… they are coming! Monday wrapped up three days of constant picture taking (my hands are actually sore from holding my camera)… so now I will be editing in every single spare moment I have (which includes naptimes for my twins and after they go to bed). Remember… for Mother’s Day gifts, you must order by April 30th… so as soon as you get your proofs, please place your order! Anyway… here is an adorable little guy who came quite far for his session. He was a doll… and put up with me for two whole hours!! He LOVES his Mommy– as you will see– and the pictures of them together are some of my favorites I’ve taken.

Baby B is almost 4 months old… and I have honestly never seen a happier baby. This was a spur-of-the-moment… three two-year-olds-running-around-in the background… 15 minute…pee-pee on my bed kind of photo session!!! But… it worked, right?

These beautiful identical twin girls just turned three– so we had a little party out in the countryside– yellow flowers, bluebonnets, horses & balloons… what more could you want? Oh yea… lollipops!
The funny story about these girls is that their Mommy & I met when we were both around 12 weeks pregnant– trying on maternity clothes for the first time! We met again at a Moms of Multiples meeting about a year and half after our kids were born… and didn’t realize we had met the first time until about 6 months ago. How funny is that? The annoying part of that story is that I NEEDED maternity clothes at 12 weeks— and she was still in her tiny little Seven jeans. :)

I got to hang out with Little Miss E while her baby brother took a short cat nap… we played outside until it got too windy (what is up with Spring in Dallas). We came inside to play (she even put on her vet coat like her mommy and wrote me some sort of note on her special paper). Her little brother was ALL smiles… all I had to say was peek-a-boo and he would light up!! So sweet.

This is for all the parents who brought their kids out to the Arboretum on Saturday to see me… Instead of doing one per day, I thought I’d make you all happy at once!! I hope I didn’t forget anyone!! If so, email me and I’ll put one up there!
We had a fun day– lots of weather ups and downs– some wind, some sun, a few possible rain clouds… but got what we went there for!
I want to thank my volunteer–Jennifer– who was my assistant for the day… she was such a great help! I know I told many others that I would put them on a list for the next time I need a helper– but I’m not sure I’m willing to pass up Jennifer’s comment that she’d love to help again! :)
