Happy 1st Birthday Payton!!!

This is one of my absolute FAVORITE families in the whole wide world…. and I got to spend part of Payton’s actual 1st birthday with them at a park. Anabella is as beautiful as last time I photographed her in May– and Payton is cruising all over the place and gearing up for walking.  Watch out when that happens– because this boy is fast!  I love all of these pictures of them– and I hope you do too, Miss!  Happy Birthday to their beautiful Mommy on the 1st as well.

Side note:  These kids are cousins to the twin girls and the big brother a few posts ago.  Can’t you tell?  I think one of the twin girls looks just like Anabella and the other one looks a lot like Payton!  So cute!  What lucky grandparents they have!!

This first one might be considered an “out-take”– but I think it is so cute and so natural!….:

Little Marco…

This baby was so sweet!!  He was sleeping when I arrived and woke up to find my big camera in his face.  His parents were so loving and adorable with him… There is not a whole lot you can do with a baby who can’t sit up– but we got some beautiful shots of him anyway.  I LOVE the shots with his parents (and there are many more where these came from!)  I think they might be using one of the “hat” pictures for their Christmas Card, so I only put one up as to not spoil it for everyone… So cute!!!

Christmas Card Mini-Sessions!

***MINI SESSIONS ARE FULL– PLEASE E-MAIL ME IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ANOTHER DATE AND I MIGHT ADD ONE!*****

I have given in to the masses and have decided to have some mini-sessions for the Holiday Season because I think I’m going to be too busy to fit everyone in!

Here are the details:

When:  November 1st from 9am-1pm

How long:  15-20 minutes

Where:  TBD (But for sure a park in Frisco/Plano area)

Details:

  • $50…
  • Includes 15-20 minute session for up to 5 people.
  • One outfit (no outfit changes please).
  • 15-20 Edited Pictures in a private on-line gallery.
  • Rights to one photo for a Christmas Card.
  • If you want more on your card it will be an additional $50 per photo (normally $100).
  • Print prices are listed on my website (for holiday gifts or your own home).

Do not feel like you have to dress your kids in their “holiday-attire”… anything fall/winter-ish would look great.  Love cute knit hats and less-traditional looking stuff if you like that too!

These sessions are ideal for someone who has recently had pictures taken and just want a great picture for your Christmas Card!  If you have not had pictures taken recently and want to book a full session (with outfit changes, more variety and A LOT more time) let me know.  I still have a few slots left before my holiday cut off in November!

Time slots:

  • 9:00

Please e-mail me your top three time choices– it will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.  I will try to cross the time slots off as they fill up.

Feel free to send this on to your friends!  The session fee for these will be due a week from the time I confirm your spot!

Thanks!!!

PS:  For those waiting for a glimpse of your session… I’m working on them!!!  Keep checking in!

Fun at the zoo!!

I love going to the zoo– but having a photo session at one was something new for me– and I want to do it again!!!  This family was so great!!  We found all sorts of amazing locations to get some wonderful family shots– and some of each boy alone… and then of course the lollipops came out!  I wasn’t sure if Mommy would be up for Baby Ben having one– but she was– and BOY did he LOVE it!!!  I gave him the small one to start, but soon we upgraded to the gigantic orange lollipop.  He enjoyed every lick of it (until he dropped it and it shattered on the cement)… Such cute boys– and such a fun family!!  Thanks for including me in your Sunday fun!!

Added:  It seems on some computers the pictures on my blog are really white– and the detail on the highlights is blown out.  On both my laptop and home computer they look great– so if they look funny to you, please send me an e-mail and tell me what kind of computer/screen you have.  I’m trying to figure out why this is happening.  I’m thinking it is only older monitors, but not sure yet.  Thanks!!!

I love this family shot… I was telling Dad to put his arm around his wife– but little Henry thought I was talking to him– everyone laughed– and we got this awesome result:

Browned Eyed Girls…

…and oooooh so cute!!!  These girls were so adorable– and so easy to get great pictures of because they are so photogenic and sweet!  Their daddy couldn’t join us, but we got some pictures for him of his three girls!  Such a beautiful family!  Enjoy– more coming soon!

“THE” (as in THEEEEE) cutest brothers!!

These two were SO much fun to photograph… they could not look ANY different from each other– but both are so adorable and so full of spunk.  Jude (the redhead) was hilarious– and was negotiating with me on how many shots I could take before he got his lollipop…  I was told by Mommy that Jonas was pretty shy– but I had him crawling on my back and making funny faces in no time.  Their Mommy is pregnant– and I can’t wait to see what the 3rd baby looks like.  I loved, loved, loved taking their pictures– and I think you’ll be able to tell why!  They are stunning boys with amazing eyes… Enjoy the preview!!

More adorable twins… plus a sweet big brother!

These three children/babies were so sweet!  Little Jake had a hard time holding up his twin sisters, so we tried a few different things– and got some great shots in the process.  His mommy dresses him in the cutest t-shirts– and he was quite happy to hear there was a lollipop at the end of the session… maybe even TWO!

Enjoy the pictures… there are a lot more coming–such beautiful kids.

I love Jake’s expression in this one:

Two sweet (and OLD) boys…

Well… old for me since I’m used to shooting babies and toddlers mostly.  How adorable are they though?  Connor (the older one) had to get out of football practice early to beat the sun setting on our session– but he was a trooper the whole time we were together.  His younger brother, Ben, is so cute– both of them should get a prize for following me around for an hour posing on every street corner while their Mommy enjoyed a glass of wine at Cru!  :)

As promised… before I leave town, here are a few of my favorites so far:

Two more for Shelly…

I know Shelly doesn’t get to be in many pictures with her boys because she always has the camera… so here are two I just loved.

2nd set of Grandparents…

Do you remember these adorable twins?  They had a photo-session with their paternal grandparents a few weeks ago– and now it was time for a shoot with their Mommy’s parents!  These sessions were a thoughtful Mother’s Day gift for the grandmothers, but we waited on this one until it was below 100 degrees!!  It was a beautiful day on Friday right before Ike rolled in and we got some cute shots!  Here is the preview:
