An Old Highschool Friend… with a BEAUTIFUL family!!!

I’ve known this guy forever… and EVER… and I was so excited to get to photograph his entire family today. They have one sweet and sassy little girl– and two adorable boys (plus the beautiful parents). We did some family shots first, then I sent the parents away for some fun alone with the kids. The only mishap was a big mosquito bite on Quinn’s face– but the swelling went down before they left! How cute are they all??

And…Good luck to Damien starting his new principal job next week! Seems like just yesterday we were in highschool too. :)

Norah & Nadine… my favorite four (almost 5) year old twins!

These two beautiful girls are my little nieces (not by blood– but by love). I was at the hospital the day they were born– and I still can’t believe how big and GORGEOUS they are!!! We had so much fun today– and they were perfect little models for me (as usual).

Two brothers…

These two brothers were totally fine with going off with me to take some pictures…they were doing exactly what I said and the big guy (Brice) was totally taking care of little Kolton. So cute. They had stunning eyes (like most of my clients do)… and I just loved photographing them! Thanks Amanda & Andy for making that long drive!

Sweetest little almost-4-year-old EVER…

Little Gracie was so shy at first… but quickly warmed up to me (and my bribe for a lollipop at the end of our session). Her mommy and grandma brought lots of possible outfit changes, so we used a few of them… and got some beautiful shots of this beautiful girl! Enjoy! (I ended up putting more on because every single picture of her was adorable!)…

Last one…

Logan K… such a sweetie!

This little guy LOVES the water (and so do his parents)– so why not take pictures of him at the beautiful lake? I have known his Mommy since we were tiny, tiny babies. She is MUCH older (two weeks)… and it is so much fun that our kids are about the same age– unfortunately, we live too far apart. Anyway, I was so excited to take little Logan’s picture–and we had to wake him up from a long nap he was taking in the car in order to get a few shots of him!! Here are a couple that I’ve had time to edit (I am on vacation, you know?) :)

Little Livi…

She is 3 weeks old… red hair, bright blue eyes… and just ADORABLE. She has two pretty sweet older sisters too– and I’ll post some pictures of them soon, but I couldn’t resist this one before I go to bed tonight:

Two vacation shots…

The weather in Michigan is fantastic– and everything is so GREEN here. Makes for pretty photos– and my subjects were bribed with m&m’s (which are usually only reserved for potty training successes—but it worked– and they got to climb a fence and run around by a barn). Probably didn’t need the M&M’s now that I think about it!

How did she get so lucky???…

…To have these SPECTACULAR blue eyes??? (oh wait… I know… both her parents have stunning eyes too–AND her twin brother).   I just love them and had to show you all.  Now I’m REALLY going on vacation!

Be-Dazzled Mini-Session Poster…

I just posted some of these pictures recently– but here they are on my new poster for a mini-session I am doing at Be-Dazzled in Plano.  Sign up if you missed the last one!  These will be short and inside the front window of the store… ideal for little, bitty babies… but I can make toddlers work too!  :)

If you have not been to Be-Dazzled– you are missing out!  They have adorable baby gifts, bedding, rockers, decorations… anything you might possibly need for your new baby.  Hope to see you there!  E-mail me with any questions.

Going on Vacation…

Hello! I wanted to remind recent clients that I am going on vacation for almost two weeks starting on Monday– so if you are still waiting to place print orders and you want them back by mid-September, please place them today or tomorrow! For new clients, I will try to return e-mails and phone calls as quickly as I can while I am gone. Thanks!!  Have a great end of the summer!

Can’t leave without one more picture:
