Picture number 3— the Gerwer Quads (with 244 votes)!!  Congrats Robbie & Casey– you will get an 11X14 mounted print of your picture– just in time for the quads 1st birthday!!

In second place (with 216 votes) is picture number #11– Payton & Cambell.  The good news is that they ALSO will receive an 11X14 of their print.  I decided it wasn’t quite fair that the quads have such a large blog-following like they do– and P&C’s mom REALLY rallied the troops to vote for her sweeties– so I will get yours to you too.

And… in 3rd place (with 154 votes)… picture number 6: Reese & Mommy.  Reese is one of a group of triplets who I have photographed a few times (all of them are JUST as cute as Reese)… so you will get the 8X10 of this print (instead of the 5X7– why not?).

As a thank-you– anyone who voted and wants to book a session in 2009 with me will get a discounted session fee of $125 (instead of $150) if you book by the end of next week (the 16th) and also one free 5X7 ($35 value).  This is an even better deal because there will be a price increase sometime soon on my prints and my session fee!

Happy 2009!

I am so excited to see so many people voting for the 2008 Contest!!  You have until Friday– so spread the word!  It looks close between a few of them, but I have not counted up any votes yet.  

I also wanted to let you know that I picked the winners of the “Giving is Awesome” contest!  I narrowed it down to two and then could not decide between these very deserving families… so I am going to give it to them both.  I already let the two amazing women who nominated them know that their family had won– and asked them to share the news with the families.  I’ll be contacting them this week to set something up.  I wish I could share with you the e-mails I received (especially for the two winners)… a lot of thought and love went into writing each of them– so thank you for taking the time to do this (even if your nominee was not chosen)!
