Sweet Ellie… born on Christmas Day… such a beautiful gift! And could her mommy be any more gorgeous? Loved photographing these two… and I can’t wait to photograph them again!
The timing of this session worked out perfectly since Arthur was born ON his due date– two weeks before I was to arrive in Chicago. Two weeks is pushing the timeframe for “newborn” pics because they are not quite as sleepy… but my trusty assistant (aka my sister) used her baby whispering skills and got him to sleep towards the end of our session. He was quite a little peanut and his parents are madly in love with him… along with his doggie, Charlie, who kept licking and loving him! ENJOY:
This sweet little baby was 10 days old at our session… and she was a model subject sleeping the ENTIRE time. She woke up just as I was about to pack up my stuff, so I got one with her eyes open. Her mom and dad couldn’t not have been more in love… ENJOY:
This little sweetie was so perfect for our session. She barely woke up between shots and didn’t fuss at all. Love that– but it’s usually not the case! So honored to have photographed her birth and then done these shots. She is such a gorgeous little thing with those big lips and long lashes! ENJOY:
