I know I have been slacking on the blog, but believe it or not… I have STILL been working on orders and cards and everything Christmas. My own cards are going out TOMORROW… yippee!!! So, don’t be sad if you were expecting one and have not received it. A tad behind this year!

I just love photographing this little girl! She’s always so shy at first, but then opens up. This was a VERY last minute session… as in, “meet me here in 30 minutes and I can squeeze you in” type of session… but, you’d never know! :) That’s because her Mama has amazing style and can pull things together so quickly!
Anyway… here is Lucy’s news… Congrats and can’t wait to photograph the next baby!

I had the honor of doing this fun fundraiser again this year for our neighborhood Christmas party! 100% of donations go to the foundation that my sister started. Please check out the website and read about all the wonderful things this organization has done for these orphans in Nepal– www.aasthafoundationforkids.org.
Here are some shots from the day… I think next year I am going to expand this fundraiser project to all of my clients. Details will come sometime in October of 2011, but I’m thinking of doing the same thing with this same adorable Santa on a larger scale… because, really… who wants to go wait in line at the MALL and pay for some horrible quality photo? Really!? These are so much more fun! :) I might just have the post the series of my twins on Santa’s lap later this week… Let’s just say they have been on the “naughty” list lately and Ella was begging for forgiveness… while Ryan is a semi-non-Santa-believer at the ripe old age of 4 1/2! Say it isn’t so! We’re working on changing that up!… but he is for sure going to be a scientist.
Anyway… enough talking. Here are the cute kids!
