Elisa & Nathan still need our help. It’s been over two years and we can’t forget that they need us. I took this photo last week from my plane and I was sadly leaving them in Brooklyn. I love spending time with them and helping with Sadie and making Elisa laugh… please follow the directions on the flyer below if you are interested. THANK YOU!
Welcome to my
Blogsite!
Today is their birthday. SEVEN. YEARS. OLD. I honestly don’t know how that is possible… which is really what every mom says as her kids age. But it’s true. Every year is more fun… and six was no exception. The reading and writing and intelligent conversations… all while the love they have for each other is so strong and amazing. They still sleep in the same room– and in the same bed. We’ve tried twin beds, but they ended up sneaking back together into one. We’ve tried a King Bed, but they end up sleeping in the “spoon” position anyway. So now we have their twin beds pushed together to at least try to pretend they have their own beds. There is something truly special about twins… and I can’t wait to see what the next seven years brings them.
ENJOY:
Here is the shot on their birthday last year:
And here is this year:No comments
You have probably already seen these on Facebook, but I had to share for my non-Facebook using crowd. This is one of my favorite, favorite families to photograph. With three kids, it could be complete chaos– but it never is. They are such loving, amazing people. I hope I’ll be photographing them until their twins go off to college! : ) ENJOY!
And I LOVE when I can convince a couple to take a picture alone without the kids… (Or in this case I think they might have even asked)… it’s where the family begins– and you can’t forget that!No comments
I wanted to offer some of regular clients something a little different this year for the holidays– so I rented a loft space in Dallas. The place was so super cool with amazing light from tons of windows and a really grungy feel to it. Everyone who came fell in love with the images… so here are some I wanted to share. The bright colors on the kids showed off so well with the white walls and grey floors. I’ll be offering this again next year too– so let me know if you are interested! (I also did my cards here… which I’ll share next!)

Since things are a bit slower (phew!) and I can catch up a little bit on blogging… I thought I’d just add a bunch of my favorite shots from October & November. Most were for holiday cards… and all the families were adorable! Thank you again to everyone for such a fabulous 2012! I have lots of fun stuff planned for 2013. ENJOY!
